You need access to:
- Your DigitalNext Client Portal https://crm.digitalnext360.com
- The DNS settings of your custom domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.).
Access the Custom Domain Settings
-
Login to your Client Portal https://crm.digitalnext360.com

- On the card for the organization you want to configure (e.g., "Visa Shop UAE (PVT) Ltd"), click the three dot menu in the top corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Custom domain."
Enter Your Custom Domain
-
A dialog box will appear with a field labeled "Custom domain."

-
Enter your desired custom domain (e.g. crm.yourbusiness.com).

-
Click "Submit." * Note: This step typically registers your intention in the system, but the domain won't work until the DNS records are updated.
For Linking a Subdomain (e.g., crm.yourbusiness.com):
Create Your Subdomain:
- In the DNS settings section of your registrar's website, find the option to create a subdomain.
- Enter "crm" (or your desired prefix) as the subdomain.
Access DNS Records:
- Once the subdomain is created, locate the DNS settings for the subdomain.
Configure DNS Settings for Subdomain:
- Add a new "CNAME Record" for the subdomain:
- Host: crm (or your chosen prefix)
- Value: example.digitalnext360.com
- TTL: Automatic
- Add another "CNAME Record" for the "www" version (optional):
- Host: www.crm (or your chosen prefix)
- Value: example.digitalnext360.com
- TTL: Automatic
-
Wait for Changes: Allow up to 48 hours for the changes to propagate.
-
Test Your Subdomain: After propagation, enter the subdomain URL (e.g., crm.yourbusiness.com) into a browser to ensure it loads correctly.
